The PP Strength Academy will focus on developing our athletes from a sports performance perspective. Specifically, we will focus on the following:
- – Flexibility/dynamic mobility/muscle activation/balance
- – Core strength and stability
- – Explosive Power
- – Absolute strength
- – Agility/quickness mechanics
The Strength Academy is designed to challenge our middle school & high school athletes and push them toward another level of performance by challenging the athlete with age/skill appropriate resistance in the movement portion of the workout as well as age appropriate load for strength training.
