Strength Academy


The PP Strength Academy will focus on developing our athletes from a sports performance perspective.  Specifically, we will focus on the following:

  • – Flexibility/dynamic mobility/muscle activation/balance
  • – Core strength and stability
  • – Explosive Power
  • – Absolute strength
  • – Agility/quickness mechanics

The Strength Academy is designed to challenge our middle school & high school athletes and push them toward another level of performance by challenging the athlete with age/skill appropriate resistance in the movement portion of the workout as well as age appropriate load for strength training.
