TIGHT END ACADEMY (AGES 11+)
Tight ends are one of the most versatile positions on the football field. They have to block like an offensive lineman and run and catch like a wide receiver. Through our training sessions, Perfect Performance will improve the following tight ends skills:
- – Stance
- – Footwork
- – Leverage
- – Run blocking
- – Pass blocking
- – Catching
- – Releases
- – Route running
- – Ball security
- – Defensive front and coverage recognition
After training with Perfect Performance, tight ends will:
- – Run and pass block more efficiently and effectively
- – Run more precise routes
- – Catch the ball more consistently
