Coaching Philosophy: Sean’s coaching philosophy is to understand that playing the quarterback position is so much more than throwing the football.  Proper fundamentals, footwork, balance, and mental fortitude are just as essential to playing the position as anything else.  Attention to detail, focus, and an understanding of the game will be the key to your development as a quarterback.
